Swish Building Products has been shortlisted for the Best Cladding System or Product award ahead of this year’s prestigious Build It Awards. Set to take place at the Hilton Hotel in Swindon on 23rd October, the Build It Awards 2014 will celebrate all aspects of self build and renovation including completed projects, products, services and suppliers.
The low maintenance building product manufacturer is a contender with its Swish Cladding System, a low maintenance PVC alternative to timber. It can be fitted horizontal, herring-bone or diagonal; some profiles can also be used vertically. Available in Shiplap, Open V, Tee Gee and FeatherEdge the profiles can be fitted quickly and easily using battens and breather membrane. The system can also help to significantly improve the thermal properties of a building, and unlike timber cladding products, the Swish Cladding System won’t warp, rot, mould or crack.

The Best Cladding System or Product category will be judged by a panel of industry experts chaired by the editor of Build It, Anna-Marie DeSouza. The winners will be announced at the Gala Awards Dinner on 23rd October.
