Lights, Camera, Reverse!

A two-minute video has been created by leading window and door manufacturer, Profile 22 introducing its latest product, the fully reversible window.

Providing architects and specifiers with essential specification details the video shows the window in action, rotating 180 degrees, and gives a comprehensive yet concise outline of its features and benefits.

From performance to credentials, including Secured by Design, BS EN 14001, BS EN 18801 and BES 6001 this informative tool highlights the key product areas, and addresses both standard and variable details, from appearance and hardware to colour options.

While the video works to promote the practical benefits of the window with a brief over view of the window operation, viewers will also notice that the fully reversible window meets the demands of more stringent specification processes with its sustainable attributes.  It has a cost effective WER A+ option, and can achieve a low u-value of 0.8 with triple glazing.  It also features the patent pending Aeroframe, an innovative feature which increases thermal performance and improves the rigidity of the profile.

“At a time when there is a renewed focus on supply chain partnerships it is vital that we support our customers, to ensure that they are fully equipped to respond to remerging opportunities,” comments Andrew Reid, commercial director for Profile 22.

“Video is not only a valuable tool but it is also an asset, it is easily digestible and allows us to communicate the key points concisely.  We know and understand that time and resource is limited following the downturn and so we felt it was important that we include a video as part of our product support package.”

The fully reversible window is ideal for medium to high-rise buildings and where access may be limited.  It rotates 180 degrees without entering the room space using a special hinge assembly, this avoids snagging on curtains and blinds while a safety catch allows for safe and easy cleaning of the outside pane.
