Group expands in 2012
The EPWIN Group merged with the Latium Group businesses in 2012 to create a significant
and diverse UK building products group.
Latium businesses, Spectus, Kestrel-BCE, Indigo and glass processing business CET
joined the enlarged Group which now has a combined turnover in excess of £275m.
With more than 2,500 employees, the company, Epwin Holdings, is led by a new senior
board chaired by Epwin Group founder Jim Rawson and including Latium owner, Brian
Kennedy.
The Group has over 30 Businesses throughout the UK focusing in niche markets across
a broad range of sectors.
